Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed within 3 Business days ONLY after the shipping fee invoice is paid by customer. The orders will be sent either via US Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex Ground. Currently, Paypal shopping cart does not support the various shipping option that we would like to offer such as "Customer Pick-up", "Metro Denver" shipping, "Continental US" shipping, and "Hawaii/Alaska" shipping. Therefore, the Shipping Charges for your order will be billed separately through Paypal and this shipping fee has to be paid first before order will be shipped. Handling fee of $2.00 (does not include SHIPPING FEE) will automatically be billed when you first complete your order.
Please refer to the "Shipping Rates" tab to estimate your shipping rates but your actual shipping fee depends on your final destination of shipment. Customers who wish to pick up their orders shall contact Zesty Food Servings either via email to zestyfoods@msn.com or phone (303) 880-4569 to make arrangement for pickup within 2 business days. Otherwise, the order will be shipped to you and shipping fee will be applied.
Please do not use P.O. Box address for deliveries because UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you have any questions on our rates, please call us at (303)880-4569 or e-mail us at zestyfoods@msn.com.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail right after you placed your order. Another e-mail will be sent to you after your order has been shipped with the Tracking ID (if available) enclosed.
